To our dear customers and partners,
Your customer experience with SES-imagotag is key to us. As such, we want to provide you with the best solutions and services. This is the reason why we made a few years ago a strategic and futureproof move to the cloud, to deliver better performances.
Our VUSION Cloud platform offers compelling and unique value propositions: offering a new IT deployment model that dramatically increases IT agility, improved total cost of ownership, best in class security and data protection, constant access to the latest upgrades, high availability, business continuity, and finally an optimized carbon footprint approach. Today, more than 8,000 stores already run our Cloud solution around the world, with great satisfaction and results.
At the same time, and after a thorough review of our software services, we noticed a massive decrease of the demand in On-Premises solution, while seeing fast-growing adoption of our full Cloud solutions (SaaS). Consequently, we took the decision to discontinue our On-Premises solutions.
You will see below the timeline that details the key dates for this progressive phasing out:

- End-of-sales (EOS): solutions are no longer available for sales
- End-of-update (EOU): solution is no longer updated (no new functionality added)
- End-of-life (EOL): solution is no longer supported (no more bug fixes)
