> The leading IoT Cloud platform adds new infrastructure integrations with leading technology partners

SES-imagotag (Euronext: SESL, FR0010282822), the global leader in digital solutions for physical retail, today announced that it is evolving its infrastructure-less (infraless) offering with leading wireless technology partners.

For several years now, SES-imagotag has been working with all major wireless technology partners in the retail industry such as Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks, Huawei, Lancom and Meraki to seamlessly integrate VUSION with existing retailers’ infrastructures. Through strong partnerships and patented technologies, SES-imagotag has been able to provide its customers with a scalable and easy-to-deploy platform, enabling them to spend most of their time leveraging the benefits of its solutions, rather than on its deployment.

SES-imagotag’s teams are constantly innovating to provide the best solutions for retailers and meet their business goals as well as infrastructure requirements. As such, VUSION benefits now from expanded compatibility with Huawei access points, through plug-and-play USB dongle connectivity, and with Extreme Networks access points currently running on their WiNG platform (from versions 7.7.1.5 onwards). These new integrations will enable more and more stores to become VUSION-ready, enabling retailers to quickly deploy the platform in their locations, digitize their shelves at a lower cost while also minimizing the carbon footprint of their IoT deployment.

“We are pleased to see our joint efforts come to fruition with this new integration with the SES-imagotag VUSION IoT platform,” said Todd Sun, Vice President-Marketing & Solution Sales of Huawei European Enterprise Business “and we are happy to offer new capabilities for current and future customers to digitize their stores, quickly, efficiently and with a lower carbon footprint through a shared infrastructure.”

“Our vision of simplifying network management for the Infinite Enterprise has fueled innovations with partners such as SES-imagotag. By ensuring compatibility between Extreme Networks’ Universal APs and the SES-imagotag VUSION IoT platform, we can enable retail organizations of all sizes to reduce network complexity, improve operational efficiencies, and focus on providing high-quality experiences for customers without being burdened by time-consuming and error-prone labeling updates”, commented Hardik Ajmera, Vice President of Product Management – Extreme Networks.

“Our infrastructure-less offering has always been about answering our customers’ needs, as well as trying to simplify their operations while reducing the carbon footprint of the technology deployed in stores. We are delighted to expand our infraless capabilities, not only to better achieve these goals but also to strengthen the technological edge of our VUSION platform, thanks to our highly-innovative teams”, concluded Andreas Rössl, CTO of SES-imagotag.
