What is the Entrepreneur Of The Year Programme?
The Entrepreneur Of The Year programme was created by EY to recognise the accomplishments of entrepreneurs around the globe. It builds on EY’s more than 29 years of success in running Entrepreneur Of The Year programmes in more than 60 countries around the world. Each year, the Entrepreneur Of The Year country winners join together in Monaco to be inducted into the World Entrepreneur Of The Year Hall of Fame and vie for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year title.
Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 – Austria
On the 7th of October, the top entrepreneurs of Austria 2016 were awarded in four different categories in the Vienna Hofburg. For the11th time this renowned award was given to successful entrepreneurs who lead the economic development of the country with innovation.
About 350 guests from economy, politics, culture and society celebrated the winners at a stunning gala-event in Vienna.
The top-class award in the category of start-ups was won by Michael Moosburger and Andreas Rössl, CEOs of imagotag GmbH which belong to the global SES-imagotag group.
