Spanning over 8,000+ square meters and welcoming around 1,500 visitors daily, the Mannheim POCO store faces the constant challenge of maintaining accurate prices and promotions. Through the seamless integration of SESimagotag’s Electronic Shelf Labels  (ESLs) and VusionCloud, VusionGroup has  supported POCO to overhaul its pricing strategy, automating hundreds of paper price changes each week. This not only ensures accurate pricing at all times, but also liberates POCO associates to focus on delivering exceptional customer service as well as efficient inventory management.

 

Connected to VusionCloud, POCO stores can be managed more efficiently, streamlining their operations.

Additionally, as they are in the Cloud, POCO can also deploy marketing campaigns in their stores through Engage, generating new streams of revenues for them. As such, in Mannheim, POCO leverages up to one third of the content displayed on ESLs for retail media, as well as internal advertising such as the promotion of their own mobile application. The German retailer also provides an enriched shopping experience to its customers through rich and interactive content displayed at the shelf.
